3. Exercising regularly. One of the easiest ways to lower blood sugar levels naturally is by exercising. This also helps to increase your insulin sensitivity — meaning that your body will require smaller amounts of insulin to lower glucose levels.
4. Mind your nutrition. Eat whole, unprocessed foods as much as possible. When eating vegetables, choose the non-starchy variety. Limit added sugars and refined grains, stay hydrated, and look for recipes that resemble the Mediterranean or vegetarian diets.
5. Get clearance from your primary care physician. Prior to undergoing any cosmetic procedure, the doctor who will perform the procedure will run tests to ensure your blood pressure is at a healthy range. However, you should get full medical clearance from your PCP within 30 days prior to the procedure.
