Eat Right and Avoid Cellulite ... or at Least Lower the Risk of Developing It
Cellulite. The very word makes many of us want to run, hide or at least reach for long pants. Cellulite develops when deposits of fat poke through connective tissue, resulting in a dimpled or uneven appearance. Include Lean Proteins. Add lean meats to your diet, including chicken and fish, to reduce your risk of developing cellulite. Avoid meats with a lot of fat, as consuming fat and other forms of connective tissue can increase the risk of developing cellulite. Nuts and seeds are also a good source of healthy protein.
